It's over!! But, it's only just begun.
I truly feel like my excuse for not eating certain things is over. In January when I didn't want/couldn't eat a non-compliant food, had to bring my own food, or had to ask for some off-menu item I could just smile and say, "I'm doing the Whole30," and people would either ask me what it was or give me a sympathetic look.

I cannot believe I'm halfway through. Do you understand that? HALFWAY THROUGH! This week each day got easier. I had a few moments of weakness, but in those moments I realize how accustomed my body is to just eating whatever I want. Even on my healthiest days, there were habits that needed to be broken and I'm so glad that Whole30 is making me aware of those things.
