We did a thing today, and we could not be more excited 🏡

There are two main men who made it possible for this day to happen (and lots of others behind the scenes): Jason Morales and our realtor and friend, Buster Leach.

Jason has worked harder than anyone I know since the day I met him almost 11 years ago. He works hard at work, he works hard building his business, he works hard caring for his family, he works hard being a good friend, he works hard serving others. I could go on and on. And he worked hard to get our house ready to sell and doing so much work to buy our new home.

And Buster is by far the best realtor in Birmingham. I’m not even exaggerating. This guy showed up at my house with lawn equipment the day before photos and was making sure everything was absolutely perfect. He has the kindest demeanor, but is also knowledgeable and savvy and it pays off big! Thank you, Buster, for everything you’ve done for us as a friend and realtor over the years.

I know so many others have put in so much work for us to make it to closing today, and I am so, so grateful.

Tomorrow is official moving day, and I’m already exhausted. It’s been a long, great day. I cannot wait to see how my kids grow into this new home and new neighborhood!
