So, I've been a little slacky with my Friday Favorites over the last month. Whoops! That just means I have to pick up the pace for the rest of the year.

Today, I have one favorite that is an everyday item and one favorite that I just LOVE!

Gold Nate Berkus Scissors

I know, I know, they're just scissors. But they're actually so much more. They're super heavy. They fit my hand really well. And they're as sharp as can be. I do a lot of cutting for work - invitations, posters, place cards, etc. And these things are just as sharp as the day I got them. Plus, they're super pretty.

CARLEE, MY SISTER AND THE BIRTHDAY GIRL!

Carlee is awesome. She's beautiful. She's smart. She's compassionate. She's caring. She's funny. She's just awesome. And she just so happens to be my middle sister. AND it just so happens to be her birthday tomorrow. AND it just so happens that she's moving to Birmingham in just a few weeks and I cannot believe how amazing that is that we are going to be in the same place again! Anyway, Carlee is social media-less, but if you see her this weekend, wish her a very happy birthday! She deserves all of the good things.
